Terms and Conditions

Any credit card purchases over $1000.00 will require a manual entry and authorization from our office. Please contact SEAL Aviation at (954)909-0439 or parts@sealaeroparts.com for any purchases over this amount. 

Certain items (oversized components, etc.) cannot be shipped and are offered only to local customers for pick-up and local courier delivery. Please call (954)909-0439 to set up delivery of non-shippable items.

Rentals may require a deposit. Core deposits may be required for certain items. 

All items will be subject to Florida Sales tax unless purchase qualifies for exemption. Out of state transactions subject to use tax in your own state, unless you elect to have Seal Aero Parts impose Florida Sales tax.

Return and Exchange Policy

All sales are final once shipped. Returns or exchanges are handled on an individual basis. No return or exchange will be accepted beyond 30 days of the date of sale. Returned items will be subject to a restocking fee of 15% of the item value. Return shipping will be the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise noted. If there is damage in shipping please reach out to our customer support at support@sealaeroparts.com or call (954) 909-0439 during normal business hours to discuss any potential damage, exchanges or returns. Products may not resemble the picture displayed (i.e. brand, color, shape, etc.) but will be equivalent. SEAL Aviation Parts can and may cancel any orders for any reason including information errors, availability issues, pricing changes, shipping errors and more.

Shipping Policy

Shipping is calculated in the shopping cart before the sale is finalized. We may collect your information to process orders and complete transactions. Shipping can vary depending on customer selection. All orders are prepared when SEAL Aviation Parts receives the order and strives for same day shipping. In some instances an order may require next day shipment or split shipment to meet customer requests. Any additional costs will need to be authorized by the customer. Hazardous material handling and shipping costs may be associated with certain items. 

Privacy Policy

SEAL Aviation Parts may collect your info to process orders or for internal marketing purposes. We will never share your personal info with any person or organization outside of SEAL Aviation Properties. Anonymous info may be collected to improve SEAL Aviation Parts products and services. Derivative data may be used to improve services.
